No onsite public laundry/shower/bathroom facilities.

This spot is approximately 27-36' long.

You are advised to measure your trailer and this spot before submitting an application to make sure your trailer will fit.
Pictures of your trailer/camper/RV must be approved prior to accepting an application.

Application fee of $40 per person 18 and older required.
We check credit references, prior rental history, and criminal background check.
Triple income to rent ratio required.
Deposit of $470 prior to move in.
This includes a $25 key deposit for the mailbox.
We will prorate space rent if you move in prior to the 20th of the month.
Otherwise, prorated amount + next month's rent due at time of move-in date Due to insurance restrictions we are only able to accommodate small pets weighing 20 pounds or less.
