$1,500 / 3br - Relocating to Roseburg (Open)

Family of 6–3 Human, 3 Canine–planning to move to Roseburg area as soon as possible.
We currently live between Medford and Grants Pass.
I’ve got a great position with a well-established local agency, but I’m getting a bit tired of the 80 mile commute.
Not to mention the cost of fuel.
I’m a fairly handy guy; I was a General Contractor for a number of years before starting this new chapter in Roseburg.
Still have all those skills and all those tools.
I’d be happy to trade some of that expertise and skilled labor if you have a place that might need some TLC, or you have a possible rent-to-own, lease option situation.
It wouldn’t take much to make my CCB License active again.
And I don’t mind doing the basic maintenance so you won’t be getting many service requests from us.
Ideally we need at minimum 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms–teenage daughter–a fenced yard for the canines, and some storage for my toys (a jeep and a couple bikes).
We don’t drink or smoke.
Ideally, no more than 15 minutes or so outside of town.
I’ve got good references.
I’ve been at my current rental for about 10 years or so.
We’re willing to sign a minimum 1 year lease if the terms are right.
