This trailer is very, very Clean! Ready to head to your wherever destination.
The interior is in excellent condition.
Cushions are stain free.
No smoke, no pets, no kids, (although kids are great :) Exterior (front) has a few rock dings and one small dent as pictured.
There are no hidden problems.

* Brand new flat screen tv with telescoping mount that swivels so that you can watch from the bed and while sitting at the dinette.
* Very clean stove/ oven heat blows hot, 13,500-watt Coleman air conditioner blows cold.
The awning is in great condition with not even one tear or rip.
Water Pump works Great.
Tons of storage and a big bath with an actual bath tub.
A few minor cosmetic flaws as mentioned above however, for its age this trailer is in really great shape.
