This trailer is in amazing condition, and it has been meticulously maintained.
Don't let its age fool you.
Bedroom
The front of the trailer has a large picture window above the couch with an attached shade awning.
The window opens for lots of fresh air.
The couch folds down to convert to a bed that can be used as is or used with he included custom-made mattress that fits perfectly in the space for a more permanent bedding solution.
Above the couch/bed there is a fold down bunk that also has cupboard doors to be used as storage if the bunk is not in use.
There is also a folding room-divider that can separate the sleeping area from living space.
Kitchen/Dining
The kitchen and dining is in the middle of the trailer with a double porcelain bowl sink, 4 burner gas stove, oven, range hood and lots of storage.
There is a cupboard that is wired for and can be used for a microwave if you decide to install one.
There is a fridge with crisper drawers and a freezer compartment.
The fridge operates on gas and electric.
Opposite the kitchen is the dinning nook with large window and overhead storage.
Both dinette benches have storage underneath, and one is accessible from outside.
The dinette also converts to an additional sleeping area.
Bathroom
The bathroom is in the back of the trailer.
There is a full tub and shower, vanity with under sink cabinet and a medicine cabinet above the sink.
The toilet in an upgraded porcelain toilet.
In the back of the trailer, there is also a closet for hanging clothes and a shelf for other items.

According to the original brochure the length is 19'10'', height is 8' 10'', dry hitch weight 360lbs, dry gross weight 3,390lbs, and GVWR 5,100lbs.
While prepping the trailer for sale, a water leak was found in the front right corner, about halfway down.
It doesn't appear to be related to the roof as there is no sign of dampness in ceiling or upper corner.
It was immediately dried out but not yet repaired.
This leak is new as we frequently check the trailer front-to-back to ensure quick leak detection.
