2007 Forest River Rockwood - $5,000 (Reedsport)

Selling our 30 ft 5th wheel we just moved into an apartment and don't have room to store it.
Has brand new tires and a new hot water heater.
Everything works except the heater and the auto slide outs are getting a little tired but can still be manually deployed or retracted.
The trailer is in decent shape just needs some tlc and it'd make a great trailer for camping hunting or traveling it is very light and can be towed easily would be willing to sell my 5th wheel hitch in the deal if one was needed.
Can deliver local for no charge but longer distance delivery will cost extra
