2005 F350 - $3,995 (Roseburg)

2005 F350 my dad was turning into a single cab short bed, but never finish the project.
The frame has not been shortened the cab and bed and everything you see was repainted with a tonneau cover.
It ran when I parked it but now the starter is out, it does not have a title.
