2004 Mitsubishi Endeaver - $2,000 (Roseburg)

2004 Mitsubishi endeavor Daily driver; runs and drives Check engine light is on, it’s been in the shop a handful of times and is popping up new codes, not sure why it keeps popping on Gas tank leaks if you fill it.
I have no idea what’s wrong with it and have had it in the shop 3 times the last month for this issue, the seal was just replaced but it’s still an issue.
I can’t afford to keep taking it to the shop but need a reliable car to get my little one back and forth, and to get to work.
Gas gage is off, at a quarter of a tank it’s empty.
DVD player in back of car (not pictured) I don’t know how the sound works, to my knowledge it isn’t connected to the speakers and I don’t know how to connect it.
Clean title in hand.
