I bought this travel trailer in February to have a place to temporarily live on my parent’s property so that I could help them settle in to their new place as they required extra assistance with the physical work.
It will have been lived in from April 1st 2024 until the 4th of May 2024.
I am the second owner.
The first owner was an RV maintenance specialist and kept this trailer in excellent condition for the past 30 years.
Every appliance works great, there’s an upgraded porcelain toilet, and even a custom fitted mattress to fit on top of the fold-down couch for added comfort.
Ample storage for its size, double sink, functionally sized fridge, four burner propane stove, oven, full tub, and no water damage.
I am selling for exactly what I paid for it, as I only needed it for this amount of time (~1month) and just wish for it to be enjoyed now that I have gotten my short use out of it.
I have completely dewinterized already, title is clean - in my name and my mother’s for convenience of transference after I leave.
Registration is valid through June!
It’s completely ready for camping or living in.
Included with the trailer will be some items I have purchased brand new:
-water filter
-pressure regulator
-RV sewer hose
As well as goodies from the previous owner:
-upgraded porcelain toilet
-custom size mattress
-new/deadstock outer step replacement
-fresh pinstripes for the outside
My partner and I must return home to San Diego the first week of May, so I will be arranging viewings in Roseburg with my mother and/or my father, as I am leaving it on their property.
Again, the title is in both my name and my mother’s so she can legally go through the sale with the buyer.
