OVERVIEW:
Summary
The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer - Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) will leverage their experience in implementing, knowledge of, and supporting enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms.
As a Senior IGA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and designing IGA system solution architecture, integrations, and frameworks that align with business needs.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring secure and efficient identity management within the organization.
In this role, the candidate will join the Company with 5-7 years of tangential or direct information security experience, with an IT background, and passion for cybersecurity.
This is a highly technical role that requires knowledge across numerous technology disciplines.
The role will support the business by working alongside other teammates to protect the Company, learning and using technologies to help detect and prevent cyberattacks, support various security-focused tools from both a growth and care-and-feeding standpoint, partner with third parties to evolve security capabilities, and leverage internal and external training to further hone skills.
In addition to strong technical skills, the candidate is expected to coach and mentor junior teammates and develop security technology documentation for both internal use and consumption by the larger Technology team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on IGA and lead the effort to deploy & integrate a cloud-based IGA solution at the enterprise level.
Continuously review, improve, and contribute to transforming the Identity Governance & Administration practices.
Strong understanding of IAM User Lifecycle Processes, including User Activity Monitoring, Access Certification, Reporting, and IAM Standards.
Experience with IGA Operational tasks, such as user provisioning, platform configuration, role design/mining, and executing periodic access reviews.
Ability to implement/customize IAM workflows, forms, rules, provisioning, and certifications.
Onboarding internal, third-party, and cloud applications using the IGA platform and outside of the IGA platform.
Driving identity management strategically across the enterprise in a zero-trust model aligned with IAM standard practices.
Maintaining security governance and policies for the business, groups, products, and security access types to ensure successful audit reviews.
Assists in the review and update of cybersecurity identity & access management related policies, architectures and standards.
Assists in responding to audits, penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
Partnering with teammates across all of Technology
Coaching and mentoring junior teammates
Preferred Technical Skills
Identity Management concepts, privileged access management, PKI, cloud-native tools, etc.
PKI, PAM, Identity Platforms such as Saviynt, CyberArk & Others
Powershell, Graph, Python, API integration.
CIDPRO™, Security+, and/or Azure IAM Certification(s)
DevOps and application security best practices
Working knowledge of modern operating systems, networking, virtualization, and/or containers
Understanding of native OS logging mechanisms, for example: syslog, Sysmon, Windows Event Logs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of related experience in Security Operations & Engineering, Windows, Linux, cloud, IGA
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000 - $138,200.
This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
