This is a Stihl 009 (311Y Model) Chainsaw with a 14" bar and chain, but is currently a non-running unit.
Piston and cylinder are in good condition, but it will not start and run.
I believe it needs a new carburetor, or at least have the carb rebuilt.
In addition, the recoil spring for the pull cord is broken and will need to be replaced as well.
Chain is very dull and will need to be sharpened or replaced.
I have not personally heard it run, so buyer is more than welcome to inspect the saw before purchase, as I cannot guarantee it is just a simple carburetor issue.
I am asking $80 OBO for the saw.
