In this role… You will be supervising judicial staff.
You will promote public awareness and education about the court system, ensure the integrity of the system through compliance of laws, rules, and policies, and facilitate coordination of the court’s functions to help move people’s cases through the court system.
Supervising and training will be an important part of your day: you will assign, monitor, review, and evaluate the work of subordinate employees.
You will prepare and conduct performance reviews and are responsible for disciplinary action.
You will provide backup for and coordinate the work of team leads, orientation plans for new employees, and ongoing training for all staff.
