Responsibilities:
Process Title work: Process and re-assign all titles for sold vehicles in a time sensitive manner; Examine title for accuracy and conformity; Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers and regulatory agencies.
Answer incoming phone calls on multi-line phone system and direct to the appropriate department or personnel in a timely and professional manner.
Update Sales Board: Records sales numbers/units on sales board for each individual sales associate daily.
Post PO’s: Input Purchase Orders into Reynolds and close them daily.
Purchase in New/Used Vehicles: Purchase and stock in any new or used vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
File: File documents within the Accounting office to maintain a clean work area.
Scanning: Assist in scanning car deals into Reynolds.
Skills Required:
To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Motivated Self-Starter
Team Player with a Positive Attitude
1-2 Years title experience preferred
CDK knowledge preferred but not required
Bi-Lingual preferred but not required (Spanish & English)
