Position Summary
The Contracts Analyst is an exciting opportunity providing support to contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts.
In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you assist with a range of complex, routine and non-routine contracts.
Responsibilities
You will prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and specifications under the guidance of the contracts manager
You will review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts
You will ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database and linked to applicable purchase orders; maintains the contract database with all required data including expiration/renewal date, product information and related licensing terms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law
Contract Management certification
Minimum three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required
Negotiation skills required
Healthcare experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.
The pay scale is $70,325.
00 - $101,192.
00 USD.
However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
