Shift Lead/Manager capable of running a full crew and managing high numbers of online and customer orders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills are necessary for this position.
Must be able to provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all job duties are performed to standard while also being able to receive the same feedback and direction.
