5% employer match Free meals Fuel discounts Assists the Restaurant Manager in the efficient operation of the Resorts Cow Creek Restaurant and to ensure quality service, profitable operations, and high standards for food quality, housekeeping, and sanitation.
Provides back up for the Restaurant Manager in his/her absence.
Duties include but are not limited to: Schedules and delegates work to appropriately staff in the Cow Creek Restaurant during assigned shift.
Provides guidance and direction to the wait staff.
Makes recommendations to the manager regarding hiring, development and discipline of employees.
Ensures that the guest receives prompt, cordial service at all times.
Assists in providing daily reports regarding daily revenue and volume.
Assist the restaurant staff when necessary and may perform the same or similar duties.
Resolves customer concerns and complaints and considers customer suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior service to Resort guest.
Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
2 to 3 years high volume restaurant management experience necessary.
Working knowledge of Restaurant accounting practices.
Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
Must have computer literate, administrative/clerical experience.
Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
Must have an excellent service approach when dealing with guests.
Excellent communication skills required.
Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
Must have a current Food Handler Certificate and OLCC License.
