Education Programs Manager

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives - Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards - Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and support staff - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members - Conduct research to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in education - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination - Manage the budget for educational programs and resources - Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback - Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff members Qualifications: - Higher education teaching experience preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Proven administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices - Ability to recruit, hire, and develop a diverse team of educators - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data to inform decision-making - Project management skills to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate educational initiatives If you are passionate about arts in education and have the qualifications we are looking for, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
