*Job Summary*
The Director of Human Resources and Business Office Manager ensures effective recruitment and retention of staff; serves as a counselor, advisor and coach to management on all HR practices; ensures compliance and proper communications with all employee relations, compensation and benefits programs and processes biweekly payroll.
This position is also responsible for gathering and accurately recording the financial transactions for the facility and providing financial statements for the residents.
*Job Requirements*
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources required, senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
Experience with general ledger accounting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
Attendance: Regular attendance is an essential part of this job.
