Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Officer to join our team.
As a Resource Officer, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including HR sourcing, talent acquisition, data collection, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior leadership and change management, with proficiency in HR software such as Workday and Paychex.
* *Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business, Behavioral Sciences or related field required*
* Master's Degree preferred
* SPHR Certification preferred
* Certification in Health Care Administration preferred
*EXPERIENCE*
* *Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in human resources management, with at least three (3) current years in a hospital setting required*
