Responsive to guests' inquiries and requests while closely monitoring caddie compliance will be essential for success.
About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Southern Oregon coast near the charming community of Bandon.
According to Golf Digest, Bandon Dunes boasts 5 of the top 16 public golf courses in the United States.
In addition, our award-winning par-3 golf course, Bandon Preserve, directly supports the resort’s grant-making department, the Wild Rivers Coast Alliance.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Caddie Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the activities of our Caddie Services to ensure maximum Guest satisfaction.

Create an organized and positive culture through exceptional organizational skills and dedication to service excellence.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, both on the deck and over the phone.
Act as a Host/Hostess at each course, explaining fees, expectations, and evaluations to our valued guests clearly.
Respond promptly to questions and requests from guests, pro shops, and caddies, whether in person, on the phone, or via radio communication.
Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the golf industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets, is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple duties under pressure.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with minimal supervision.
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance in all situations.
Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Equipment Used: You will utilize various general office machines, such as computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, calculators, and telephones.
Additionally, you will work with 2-way radios and golf carts or other motorized vehicles.
Working Conditions: Work hours may include weekdays and weekends, during day and evening shifts.
You will be exposed to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including inclement weather.
There may be potential exposure to chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, as well as the risk of misdirected golf balls and rapid equipment movement.
Adhering to safety policies and practices is paramount to avoid any injuries.
