Patient Success Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
This is a key role in our organization, as you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their experience with our products and services.
Duties - Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and objectives - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer scheduling & technical questions.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are getting the most value from our services - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns - Properly place patients within specific email sequences on our software - Conduct "Discovery Calls" via phone calls script that we will provide and offer training for.
- Keeping the clinic clean involving: vacuuming, wiping down treatment tables, and keeping front of the clinic clean.
Skills - Excellent communication skills, both in-person and phone - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work - Proactive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools We are the #1 Physical Therapy clinic in Douglas County because we place our patient's health above all other aspects.
