Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center has an opening for a Supply Chain Manager.
Responsible for managing all areas of the Supply Chain including the ordering, receipt, processing, and delivery of supplies and equipment to the requesting departments in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintains materials in storage in a neat and organized manner, restocks, utilizing proper rotation, identification, documentation, and proper location of items.
Maintains the computerized materials management system and the inventory electronic system.
Responsible for the Supply Chain department's month-end close and hospital-wide year-end inventory count and reports.
This is a working manager position and the manager is expected to perform staff functions.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent supervisory healthcare Supply Chain experience.
Experience with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) is required.
Experience with electronic purchasing, receipt, and inventory systems is required.
Three to five years of Supply Chain experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to provide exceptional service.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, and computer proficiency specifically in Microsoft Office and online software.
This is a Full-Time position that is eligible for benefits.
