Glide School District is seeking an Athletic Director, Teacher On Special Assignment (TOSA).
To ensure a seamless transition, if a successful candidate is found and can begin employment this school year, there will be a transition period as Assistant AD to the Assistant Principal, and will assume full AD responsibilities in August of 2024.
This TOSA position will work a flexible schedule to account for evening and weekend activities.
Glide School District operates on a four-day school week, Monday through Thursday.

Salary range: $46,169 - $80,234 (2024-2025)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree a plus.
Ability to obtain and maintain Oregon Teachers Standards and Practices Commission Licensure
Experience:
Minimum of three years secondary or post-secondary athletic coaching/supervisory experience
Knowledge of:
OSAA rules and regulations
Title IX requirements
Ability to:
Demonstrated ability in assisting in program evaluation.
Includes gathering and analyzing data and development and implementation of improvement plans.
Evidence of high-level interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
