Position Summary
The Manager of Net Revenue Reporting serves as a key technical and financial leader with system-wide responsibility across all hospital, professional, and ancillary services; working with the oversite of the Executive Director of Net Revenue & Regulatory Reporting for the execution of net patient revenue, budgets, and reporting consistent with industry standards, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and in compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
The Manager is responsible for the monthly patient accounts receivable reserve valuation and interpretation; completes net revenue reporting for internal and external financial statements and serves as a liaison with external auditors for annual revenue audits.
The Manager works closely with the business unit CFOs and other Finance leaders, to produce financial reports and provide interpretation for use in executive and board discussions.
The Manager is responsible for the Crowe RCA software maintenance and administration.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 yrs.
experience in lieu of degree will be considered
3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Five years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably involving revenue or financial analysis
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook required
Epic experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.
The starting pay for this position is $105,539.
00 and the pay scale is $105,539.
00 - $151,882.
00 USD.
However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
