Employment Logistics:
Reporting into the Manager of Project Managers, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of assigned projects within Quality and other departments, ensuring Quality is able to deliver projects within budget and on time.
The Project Manager serves as the leader of an implementation team while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
As a member of the Quality department, the Project Manager may also receive project-specific supervision and guidance from an Implementation Team Lead, another Project Manager or the IT Team.
The project manager will act as the internal consultant regarding process improvements in several departments.

The Must-Haves:
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of project management experience; or related schooling or training; or the equivalent combination of both.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Must be able to work long hours with minimal supervision exercising initiative and independent judgment.
• Must be of excellent moral character and high ethical standards.

Your Mission in Motion:
• Write project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities
• Responsible for managing scope, goals, objectives and budget of the project and report financial status to the appropriate department.
• Manage the overall relationship and expectations of assigned internal customers
• Lead planning and implementation of projects
• Identify and manage risks to project success; develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible and communicate risk to internal customer
• Facilitate communication between project team members and internal customers
• Meet deadlines and follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, and electronic files for all projects.
• Use organizational skills to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget and within scope.
• Proposes process improvements within operations and engineering department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
