Summit Real Estate has an immediate opening for an Apartment Manager to manage a 152 unit and a 32 unit apartment communities located in Roseburg and Sutherlin, Oregon.
Manager to handle day to day operations, all office paperwork including payables, rent collection, leasing, resident relations and retention, routine inspections, scheduling turnovers and daily work orders, and routine communications with District Property Manager.
Position requires both verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of WORD and EXCEL, knowledge of Tenant Landlord laws, Fair Housing guidelines, and professional appearance.
Yardi and Tenant Tech experience a plus.
Preference given to existing Manager or an Assistant Manager of a larger community with 3 years of experience.
