Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager

Looking to hire a property manager, with prior professional property management experience.
This position requires past property management experience and working knowledge of the software program Appfolio.
Please do not inquire unless you have experience with Appfolio.
The position will support the current property managers with the goal of getting you licensed.
Must have computer skills.
This is not an on-site style property management position, and housing is not provided.
The job will include placing tenants, inspecting properties, accepting rent payments and processing them, and a whole host of other duties that go along with property management.
Living in the Eugene area is OK.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $25.
