I am a female senior citizen, and I have a very large unfurnished basement bedroom for rent on a short-term basis, one month for sure, and then on a month to month basis after that.
This could be a good solution for someone in between living arrangements.
I have two dogs, and I will consider one small pet, but no smoking if any kind.
The accommodations are a little rustic, the one bathroom is upstairs, but utilities are included in the $350 a month There is a nonrefundable $50 application fee, money order only, and you must provide proof of income of $1,200 a month.
