The second floor has a bedroom (11x13) and a bonus room (11x11).
This space can either come furnished or unfurnished.
On site laundry.
Kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor and are shared with the owners, who live on the first floor with 1-2 very well behaved working dogs.
It's country feel with the convenience of being 12 minutes to downtown Astoria and shops in Warrenton.
