I am looking for an honest and cool female who would be interested in trading housing for cooking and cleaning chores for myself male 59 and my roommate female 49.
She lives in the second room so this would be a roomshare with me in the larger room with 2 beds.
Would include a newer memory foam twin sized bed, dresser, and a little storage space, and the use of everything.
The house is old and trashy.
This is a country setting with a garden, chickens, ducks, deer, foxes, mud, gravel, etc and located about a mile from the beach on the southern Oregon coast.
It is safe and quiet here and there are never any overnight guests or visitors.
We are cool people who are homebodys for the most part.
Must be cat, dog, and very 420 friendly but no alcoholizm or hard drugs please.
I do have an open and available heart if there is someone with the same.

I'm sorry but I can't help with relocation costs at this time but if you can get yourself up here to Winston Oregon on
interstate 5, I will make the 2 hour drive to come pick you up.
One smaller pet will strongly be considered.
There would be a $50 a month utility fee.
