$500 / 4br - Room available (Canyonville)

I have a room available in a manufactured home in canyonville.
It is unfurnished.
There are other roommates.
A couple with two small boys 18 months old and 2 weeks old.
There is also a veteran in another room.
There are dogs, cats and ducks so pet friendly and kid friendly is a must.
The house is a little cluttered, outside more then anything due to little storage space and a lot of things between everyone.
We all tend to stick to ourselves.
My significant other and I are gone more then we are home.
I work 1-2 days a week and we run doordash the rest of the time.
So gone a lot so we can pay our bills.
If you are possibly interested please let me know and we can arrange a time for you to come look at it.
Rent includes all utilities (internet, water/sewer, garbage, electricity).
Shared bathroom with 1-4 other people (my boyfriend and I use our trailer more then anything other than for showers.
But at times when the holding tanks are full we use the bathroom inside.
This may not be for everyone but we all manage pretty well.
Wanting one more person that can mesh well with a mildly noisy household but where everyone keeps to themself a lot.
Basic things we live by, if you dirty it, clean it.
If you turn it on, then turn off when leaving the area.
