Safe disabled senior male with small place in the county on the Oregon coast is looking for a second female roommate who is honest and quiet to take the second bed in my room.
Room is 12'X14' and there are two beds and a privacy partition.
We share the closet, bathroom, and rest of the house.
Compatibility would be of utmost importance in such a tight living space so that would have to be firmly established beforehand.
The house is a very old and cold 2bd.
There is currently a female roommate that stays in the 9'X9' second room.
Must be cat, dog, and 420 friendly but no hard drugs or alcoholism please.
One small pet will be considered.
Located about a mile from the beach.
