I am a senior lady who is offering a large unfurnished basement room for rent in Coos Bay, in the Empire neighborhood, about four blocks east of McKay's Market, near John Toppit's Park, and four blocks from the Bay.
The room has a private entrance with an adjacent deck and a very large backyard with storage available.
I am interested in starting with a 3 month's rental lease, with possible extensions later.
All utilities are included.
The room is not carpeted, and the bathroom is upstairs, but I have priced it accordingly.
