Hello! I currently lease 100 acres outside of Winston, OR.
I am here to be a steward to the land.
.
.
caring for, exploring, and improving the land with regenerative practices.
The idea is to move this property towards self sustainability where we grow our own food and animals and further our education in this life's journey.
I am a 46 y.
o.
woman with many interests.
I have a background in horticulture, interests in pottery and other arts, enjoy cooking good food and canning, a lover of animals (I have 2 dogs) and a willingness to share what I have learned along my journey in life.
Since I have been here we have built a chicken coop, cultivated 3600 sq ft of garden space, started a worm farm, and make our own compost.
I have turned the detached garage into a pottery studio, storage space, and a studio apartment where I live.
We currently collect around 11,500 gal of rainwater every year to help offset our usages in the summer months in the garden.
I am currently working on plumbing all the tanks together and installing a gravity fed system for the garden.
We currently have chickens, pigs and piglets, and cows on the property with much more room to expand.
There is a barn with three stalls attached to a 7 acre parcel that is fenced with cow fencing and electric tape for equine.
There is another pasture, about the same size that could be used for rotational grazing.
The largest pasture is where our cows free range.
We have housed goats, sheep, mules, donkeys and mini horses in the past.
All are welcome!
Passion projects are highly encouraged! Have you ever wanted to raise animals? Grow food hydroponically? Grow mushrooms? Build a walipini? The possibilities are endless.

One bedroom is currently furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, table and chair.
There is laundry available on site.
We have high-speed internet.
Utilities are split between current members and average $370/month total.
Room rents vary from $600-$750 (single occupancy rate) depending on the space.
Dogs and cats must be well behaved and able to live in a farm setting.
This is not just a rental opportunity, it is a lifestyle that can be filled with abundance from the land and knowledge sharing.
This place offers expansive views all around a beautiful valley of rolling green hills.
Where an ever changing fog rolls through in the morning at sunrise, opens up to beautiful sunny days (yes even in the winter!) and ends the day with the most spectacular sunsets.
You can rest, rejuvenate, and heal here! It is truly a magical place!
If this lifestyle sounds intriguing to you, please write back and tell me more about yourself and your interests!
This is an important step in the process.
I will not answer if you just ask if it is still available.
Thank you for reading my hopes and dreams and I look forward to hearing yours!
