$515/month First/last month's rent & $425 refundable security deposit required Room size: 12' x 12' Two-story house, 2,100 sq ft; located in the Hucrest area of Roseburg (The bed in the pictures has recently been removed) Unfortunately, no pets.

I live out of town, but will be down this weekend; since I have a small timeframe to meet with possible tenants, scheduling appointments on the holiday is fine.
