The main kitchen and laundry facilities would be shared with my husband and me.
The space is partially furnished, including a refrigerator, microwave, small induction cook-top and other kitchen essentials.
There is additional furniture available beyond what is shown in the pictures.
Parking is available both on and off the street.
Neighborhood is residential.
There is space for a fenced garden in the back yard.
Laundry is in the basement and the space is on the second floor.
A tenant must be able to walk up and down stairs.
We have a dog who does not go upstairs.
We would consider a tenant with an indoor cat.
Any cat must be fixed, up to date on vaccinations and on flea preventative.
Our home is within walking distance to downtown Roseburg, several city parks, and is a few short minutes from I-5.
We are quiet, busy working professionals and are looking for someone who would respect our privacy as we would respect theirs.
