Room is a very large room, furnished with king size bed, dressers, night stands, loveseat, coffee table, Roku TV, private bathroom with deck access - shared kitchen with fully contained kitchen items, shared laundry - $800/month plus $800 deposit.
No garage access but has private parking and fenced yard.
Rental amount includes water, electricity, trash and internet service, use of kitchen utensils and appliances.
I also could provide linens and bedding if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: The room allocates ONE person.
This is a flexible month to month term rental.
