Room for barter in exchange for caregiving (Sutherlin)

I have a room for barter.

However I would be charging part of the housing expenses due in the first with a grace period of four days .

but if you do the work that you agree for the bartering then I will give you your part of housing expenses back .

meaning of you do a thorough job caregiving you get your part of the housing expenses back.

I need 20 hrs a month caregiving.

Wich right now for me includes helping me organize clean and pack.

it will then go from that once we have it done to helping me move slightly heavy things rarely over fifty pounds of at all.
There will be a contractual agreement.

you must already be a caregiver who has passed background checks from the fove and be able to prove it.
There will be a cleaning fee and security deposit as I've been left cleaning up after people who laid around and didn't do much at all to help.
There will be first and last month housing expenses required all of Wich can be earned back making it a barter situation.
The jobs will be outlined one by one and reasonable and fare return of your money will happen upon completion.
So let's say the living room needs to be gone through sorted and packed.

then agree on how much of your part of the housing expenses you get back.

I cannot do hourly as caregivers tend to sit and chat or stand and chat without moving their hands to accomplish things.

I have ADHD you must be able to overcome me distracting you while u do your work in a way that is polite as I will distract you.
My aim is to get my thing organized some sold some packed away for storage some donated some thrown away.
After things are finished with organizing and what not we will then move to some minor repairs that we can achieve together under same contractual agreement.
The contract will state that if you are not accomplishing the agreed work that at anytime I can ask you to leave as I am not in the position to be a caregiver.
Nor do I wish to provide for a stranger.
So it isn't a rental agreement.

There is parking available however I wish you to not interact with the neighbors beyond being civil as there is a lot of tensions here with neighbors and I do not want them prying into my business via you.
If you have a cat it is ok .
but I cannot get a dog in here without problems from neighbors and management.
I can get you in on a medical need basis but not your animals that need to go for walks as neighbors will call management and I just want to try to live in peace.
You can grow some pants.

I mostly stay in the bedroom so u will have most of place to yourself.

if your animal pees u need to use urine odor remover as soon as it is known animal pees if it poops in an unwanted place u gotta clean it up.

Your animal will need to stay in your room unless we arrange a time to put my guys away so they don't hurt each other.

You can be male or female so long as you have proof of the background checks I will respect that you are not on duty 24/7 and there will be designated times that you are doing your part of the barter.

U can be a smoker but u have to go outside or in your car to do it.

and if we are interacting I'd prefer you don't emminate strong smoke fumes as it will make my lungs ache.
If you verbally mentally emotionally abused me or steal from me that's an immidiate termination of agreement as well.
It is a position not a rental agreement I am not bound to rental laws.

As it's a caregiver position bartering for housing expenses for pay not a tenant landlord arrangement.

If the child won't allow u to get things done then it just isn't a match.
There is a chance or can become long term but the 90 days is a probationary period.
You will sign waivers to the effect I am not responsible for your belongings nor if you get hurt in the home or in the property.
You will sign contracts agreeing that you will not do drugs other than pot .
and not get drunk.

And that I am not res if my animals damage any of your things as this is my home and I am disabled and will not be responsible for such things.

it is in part the symptoms of my disability that hinders my ability to look after my animals with yours yes it is a cater to my disability situation.

sorry You will sign a contract that if you damage something that you pay for it to be fixed or fix it yourself.

Once the move occurs u may also be allowed to have animals beyond a cat.
It isn't a position that I have to allow service animals or emotional support animals as this is not a public accomodation nor is this a place of employment.
